SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of our products and the high volume of demand, all sales with Virgin Exotics are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. This includes edits to product selections, shipping information, cancellations, or refund requests.
To be eligible for store credit, customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests made outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
Returned items must be sent back in original, unused condition—this means no combing, cutting, washing, coloring, brushing, wearing, or altering of any kind. All original ties and packaging must remain intact to be considered for store credit. Custom orders, frontals, and closures are NOT able to be returned.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service with signature confirmation. Virgin Exotics is not responsible for lost or misrouted return packages.
Important Notes:

Items marked as sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.

Once approved, store credit will be issued and can be used at your convenience.

A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns and any packages returned to sender.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Virgin Exotics does not assume responsibility beyond the policies outlined in this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where a product may become unavailable after purchase.
Virgin Exotics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—even if advised of the possibility—nor for any third-party claims outside of what is explicitly stated here. This limitation applies to both products and services.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that any potential liability on the part of Virgin Exotics shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.
For services not bundled with a product purchase, the customer agrees that Virgin Exotics’ liability will not exceed the total amount paid for those services alone.
Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note- this is subject to additional time if there is a holiday, or the office team is off.
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS, no signature required. Once processing is complete, delivery takes 1-5 business days based on your preference.
In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues or uncontrollable events (e.g., weather, natural disasters). Virgin Exotics is not responsible for these delays. As a result, refunds or chargebacks due to carrier-related delays will not be honored.
Undeliverable / Lost / Returned Packages
If your package is deemed undeliverable and returned to Virgin Exotics, it is typically due to an issue with the shipping address provided at checkout. In these cases, tracking will indicate “Return to Sender.”
Common reasons include:

Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

Missing apartment, suite, or building number

Carrier unable to safely deliver after attempted delivery

Refused or unclaimed package

Recipient has moved without updating address
Returned packages will incur a $25 restocking fee, and store credit will be issued once the package is received back in resellable condition.
